Construction audit and revealing potential corruption points. Optimising construction budget.

2017: technical audit of the shopping center. GBA: over 75 hectares. 2018-2019: survey of the capital costs of the shopping center with the formation of reports for financing organizations (banks).
Result:
2017: a large-scale audit was performed. 2018-2019: quarterly surveying of capital expenditures was carried out in accordance with the developed budget to eliminate the identified risks.
