Development of industrial parks

To date, Ukraine has launched a number of governmental activities to develop industrial parks, including relevant legislation and support programmes. Many parks have already been registered, but many potential projects still need to be conceptualised and registered. With the adoption of the Law on Eco-Industrial Parks, a professional approach to their development will be critical, so it will be crucial to work with partners and consultants with the appropriate level of expertise.

Design and construction management

Project management according to EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) scheme.
Commissioning

Collecting and analyzing as-built documentation, control of deviations, commissioning, including equipment testing
Resident search and contracting

Analysing industrial segments for relocation and/or expansion needs of industrial sites to promote industrial park features.
Fund-raising

Preparing Investment Teaser, list of financing institutions, conducting negotiations, signing cooperation documents.
Consultant-engineer for industrial park

Support in development and implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

More than 600 contractors and suppliers, as well as more than 500 workers were involved at the peak of construction.

FORUM LVIV

Assessment and certification of FORUM LVIV shopping and entertainment center according to BREEAM International environmental standard.

Result:

FORUM LVIV became the first shopping and entertainment center in Ukraine certified according to the BREEAM International standard.

Role:

Coordinating tenant adaptation in 2 shopping centers.

Result:

Works performed by tenants were checked and ensured to comply with the requirements of the international developer’s project.

Fuel business of SCM Holding

Сustomer:

SCM (35 objects in Donetsk, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia regions).

Role:

Construction audit and revealing potential corruption points. Optimising construction budget.

Result:

Saving 16% of construction budget and 17% in schedule.

Barabashovo market

CONCERN AVEC AND CO

Role:

2017: technical audit of the shopping center. GBA: over 75 hectares. 2018-2019: survey of the capital costs of the shopping center with the formation of reports for financing organizations (banks).

Result:

2017: a large-scale audit was performed. 2018-2019: quarterly surveying of capital expenditures was carried out in accordance with the developed budget to eliminate the identified risks.
